I have become more aware of the importance of making healthy choices in life. And, of course, that is easier said than done. We need to realize that our choices and habits create our reality.

I personally love the Lose It app, whether my goal is to lose or maintain weight. It’s so eye-opening to track occasionally to see how you are naturally doing with food/calorie/nutrient consumption. I don’t even feel the need to track daily to benefit from it. It definitely helps with outlook, as you say!

I haven’t used that particular app but I will check it out. I have been using FitBit app and also 21 Day Fix but sometimes it’s hard to keep up.
