Zucchini is one of my favorite vegetables and so healthy as well as low in fat. I like to spiral them and make noodles or what we now call zoodles. Tonight I was making my zoodles with my hand spiralizer and realized it is a lot of work. Well I can always buy them premade in a pinch.
So tonight I decided to make them with pesto, Parmesan and some chopped tomatoes. In addition I seasoned with pepper, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, onion salt and added pesto and chopped tomatoes.
I cooked the zoodles in avocado oil for about five minutes with seasonings added. Then I added the pesto and tomatoes and more Parmesan cheese. Yummy.
I have also made zoodles with meatballs and tomato sauce, with chicken and mushrooms– the varieties are endless. Check out my fish dinners with zoodles at https://vocal.media/feast/fish-dinners-in-a-snap. Please share with me any way you have made zoodles.
Thank You for the Good Tips 🙂

Is it possible with a hotplate? My stove broke!

I think you can make it on a hot plate. Just like you would use any other pan on a gas or electric stove. I would imagine it would take longer so you would have to sample as you went along. Good luck and enjoy 😉

Zoodles are delicious. You can use a vegetative with zucchini or buy them already spiraled.
